Cancellation Policy for Appointments
- We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Long Appointments
If your treatment requires a long appointment or a complex treatment plan. We will require a deposit to secure your booking for that appointment. The amount will be advised and is dependent on the length of appointment and complexity of treatment plan.
The appointment time (which may be a third-day, half-day or full day of the dentist's schedule) will be reserved exclusively for you and will no longer be made available.
Should you need or decide to cancel your appointment or experience any unforeseen event which would not permit attendance, the following policy will be applied:
- If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, there shall be NO REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT PAID.
- If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours prior to the appointment 100% OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refunded amount any costs incurred for treatment that has not been paid for, or lab fees incurred to date.
An itemised invoice will be made available in such an instance.
Confirming Appointments
Patient's will receive an SMS or call to confirm their appointments. If we do not receive a response before 2:00pm the day before the appointment, the time and date will become available to patient's on our waitlist.
Failure to attend your appointment
If you Fail to Attend your booked appointment on multiple occasions, our clinic has a No Show Policy where a non-refundable fee of $40.00 will be charged to you if you wish to book another appointment. We value all our patients and we do have others who could have used that time with our Dentists.
